Will Nvidia’s market cap soar to $50 trillion?
Nvidia's market cap could soar to $50 trillion, according to tech investor James Anderson, who predicted the early successes of Amazon and Tesla. The AI boom has driven Nvidia's value from $1.1 trillion to $3.1 trillion in a year. Anderson sees potential for Nvidia's dominance to continue, predicting massive growth if AI adoption sustains.
Skeptics, however, caution that the AI market's size may limit such astronomical growth. Anderson estimates a 10-15% chance of his projection materializing.
SpaceX and X headquarters are moving to Texas
Elon Musk announced that SpaceX and X will move their headquarters from California to Texas, citing a new California law on student gender identification as the reason. Musk expressed that the law, which prevents schools from informing parents about their child's gender identity changes, prompted this decision.
SpaceX will relocate from Hawthorne to Starbase, while X will move from San Francisco to Austin. Musk criticized California's legislation as harmful to families and businesses.
Apple Vision Pro sales plummet in the U.S.
Sales of Apple's $3,500 Vision Pro headset are expected to drop 75% by August, according to market analysts. The device has yet to reach 100,000 units sold. Apple has cut its sales expectations, with hopes now pinned on a cheaper model in 2025. Recent international launches may help sustain sales temporarily.
Rumors suggest the new model will be significantly cheaper, but still among the most expensive on the market.
